Chinese movies with subtitles are all in characters. I don’t think you’ll find any in pinyin, mainly because no one will use it, since there are no subtitles in phonetic symbol.

But it’s possible to generate pinyin with some editing with the help of some handful online/offline tools using the characters. If your Chinese listening ability is strong enough to comprehend movies you should master the characters, by doing so gradually. If you have the transcript in a file, you can create sections before viewing — get pinyin and translate unfamiliar words or phrases.

Try风行/FengXing or PPS in iOS devices. They are two Chinese online video companies.

      Digital Tools:

Skritter – Learn to write Chinese characters. Its Undoubtedly the best digital tool available in the market.

Hanzi Craft- is a Chinese Character Decomposition Tool plus fantastic character dictionary.

Fluent Flix – is a new program that makes it possible to learn Chinese via online video content. It uses of subtitles with a smooth user interface.

If you are presently in China Mainland, Youku, Tudou, iQiyi would be good option for online video contents such as shows or cartoons. This is available on website and mobile devices. http://www.digmandarin.com/do-you-really-use-all-the-online-tools-for-learning-mandarin.html
